Janneth Pet Grooming

Do not bring your dog here. When i picked up my dog from this place he was unable to sit or lay down which has never been an issue before. I called back to let the front desk know and the lady said that Janneth was the one who groomed him and she wasn't there & she would give me a call when she returned but said I should take him to the vet. Janneth never called back and I got stuck with the vet bill and he had to get a shot and 2 medications. She also got my dog way too low and he developed scabs under his ear and on the side of his face that started bleeding. They cut his nails too low which also started bleeding. I feel so bad for sending my dog into this place to get treated like this and now I have to make yet another vet appointment for him because of Janneth. smh

If I could leave less then one star I would. Please don't bring your dog here. I brought my dog for a normal grooming and once I picked her up she couldn't even open her eyes. I asked the front desk and they told me some shampoo had gotten in her eyes and in 24 hours she was going to be fine. Turns out my dog still couldn't open her eyes and spent the whole night crying. We took we to the vet where they found chemical burns in both eyes and ulcers. We tried talking with the owner and she was completely unresponsive. She tried to say it was our fault and that we could have done this at our house (when her own employees said it was them) Please please don't bring your dog here.

They always do such a good job on my dog and they always give him a nice bandanna afterwards. He always looks so cute and they fluff out his tail clean inside his ears and chip his nails and everything. It’s well worth the price and also the front staff is very friendly.

Our pet Cocoa is very happy every time he gets his hair cut. We are also very happy with the results. The staff is very professional and friendly. I really recommend this place.

My neighbor recommended Janneth to me. It was easy to make an appointment through email. I brought in our newly adopted yorkiepoo and he was ready for pickup a few hours later. He looked great! We can see both of his eyes now! At the same time! Had no idea he could be even more of a cutie!
