It's a very friendly and warm atmosphere! There was actually no plan for me to join the last appointment for my pet cat, as another family member tends to bring him, so I was very appreciative of the vet taking time out to speak to me. My cat has diabetes and seems to have some sort of gastric issues, and I was able to discuss these concerns while doing just routine blood work. When a large dog needed to come out, one of the techs brought my cat out of sight so he wouldn't get scared, and also chatted with me. There are also pamphlets near the desk with information, including about pet insurance that they take. It was overall enjoyable. IF YOU DO USE THEM MAKE SURE YOU GET AN ITEMIZED BILL, AND QUESTION EVERYTHING! DO NOT TRUST THEM. Wish I could give zero but unfortunately I can’t. Don’t bring your pet here. They allow untrained people to handle your pet unsafely with almost no intervention. Im no expert and I could have handle my kitten better then they did. On my second visit even after telling them I would in pest control and treat my own home for flea they still brought up a can of stuff and if I didn’t speak up would have probably charged me for it. The cost of the office visit may seem appealing but they are just money hungry peddlers who do god know what when they take you animals in the back. They don’t seem to clean much in the rooms and honestly after seeing how dirty it is I can only imagine what it looks like

I’m forever thankful for Jamesburg Veterinary Hospital. They have saved my pets, me, and my bank account from falling. They are ALWAYS there for me no matter when I call, they try their best to fit me in or give me advice to help my babies. I have moved multiple times but still would never change hospitals. Megan has been especially important to me over the years, never failing to be there for me. Every doctor and technician goes above and beyond for me and I’m very grateful to have found them.

stay away from this place ! horrible service megan doesn't care and some of the vet techs have no clue! blonde one Tyler couldn't careless about your feelings when having to pts your beloved dog. tells lies and manager megan believes her. what friends do huh!? also one newer vet tech was choking my dog who weighed 4.5 lbs no teeth. Just a horrible place! stay away

Just went for a booster shot wound up spending $200 more on stuff they talk you into that if you don’t do it, you don’t love your dog. It’s 2 degrees out, why are we worrying about fleas and ticks. Also they found a rash that I could have caused by bathing her last night before the visit. Test for mites and skin scraping then 2 antibiotic shots? Come on! I know you have to promote your business but fleecing senior citizens on fixed incomes is not moral. Keep away from this place!
