Jacox Animal Clinic

I have been seeing Dr Rawlings st Jacox for many years. She is amazing!! My dogs have been cared for unbelievably well. She takes time with you to listen and explain everything about the issues. I would never take my pets to another vet. I also recommended her to others and they are beyond grateful for her as well.

The reason for my visit yesterday isnt one that many would want to be there for but in the situation of having to help one my eldest furbie cross that rainbow bridge, which isnt the first time I've had to do so but for the two times so far I've gone to Jacox, they make the experience as light as possible. We actually conversed on Rosie symptoms, her years of life we spent together. Your animals isnt just an animal there but looked at and treated like actual family member... which they are. Options are given of taking them home to lay to rest or, can leave em with Jacox and they see that your animal, pet.... family member is handled properly. If they handle after life services, they even send their sympathy with a paw stamped card from your baby. Ill just say Jacox has been a pleasure doing

Absolutely appreciate each staff member. They are informative, courteous, and helpful with my fur babies needs. Both veterinarians are phenomenal. Been using Jacox for over 15 years. Never dissatisfied.

I've taken my dog here multiple times over the years & consider this to be her veterinary home. I am always satisfied with the care & attention to detail they offer, and feel like the prices are very agreeable for any services you're requesting. They're always happy to provide you a price breakdown for services before they're rendered, if you ask. They seem super objective and will not overinflate your concerns to try & sell you stuff just for the sake of selling it—their care is based solely on the welfare of the animal while also balancing any challenges you might have as a caregiver (financial, too—they're understanding). I absolutely recommend. All the staff were friendly. They didnt try to make me buy anything or push unnecessary products on me. Just focused on helping my dog feel better. And they fixed her right up! She is so happy and I am too. Best part is the cost was waaaay less than I expected or have already paid elsewhere. So thankful I called Jacox.
