Absolutely filthy and disgusting still. I have no idea how this place keeps re opening because everytime I come here it gets worse o just a little half assed cleaner. All the rodents enclosures had layers of poop, one of the cats had an infected oosing eye yet apparently got there shots. Also the needs turtle or close too dying turtle in the tank? Disgusting. As a community this needs to be permanently handled.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! I bought a AKC registered Rottweiler from here a little more than 2 years ago and he died less than 2 weeks later from what I was told pancreatitis,whether I believe that or not now is questionable. They also lied to us saying he was alive and died on the way to the vet but gave themselves 3-4 days to get their stories straight. Sad part is it was the breeder who reached out to me and not Jacks and informed me of his death. The breeder they were getting the dogs from did offer our money back or to have another dog from the same litter. As it is my wife's dream dog I opted to get another one thinking it was an isolated incident. My dog tuk tuk just had to be put down yesterday due to kidney failure, which he showed signs of since we picked him up. 2.5 years ago

This place needs to be shut down & the workers & owners need to be held accountable. This is abuse towards animals, poor living conditions and the animals can’t breathe as they are living in fish tanks with no ventilation. Sending all info to the local news & authorities. These beautiful animals deserve love not this abuse.

How is this place even still open? Do not buy from here. The smell as you walk in was horrible and the animals are living in terrible conditions. The dogs are living in glass aquariums with hardly any ventilation and shavings in their eyes. The monkey cage is way too small for that amount of monkeys and the animal cages are not cleaned. I do not recommend and this place needs to be shut down asap!

came here with My two friends and when we went in it smelled so bad and it was sad to see the puppies and dogs in small fish tanks and fitly kennels SUPER DISTUSTING
