Jack The Clipper

My first experience bringing my 7 Pomeranians was very pleasant. But when I had to cancel my appointments with Jack due to foot surgery I had done, he was not a pleasant man. He refuses to schedule them anymore and hung up on me. I even called & left a message that I would increase the amount per dog by $10 each. Never heard from him again. So be it! I was never told about any kind of cancel policy or anything He is definitely not a Professional at all!! I won't recommend he at all due to his mannerisms.

Jack is a fabulous groomer and a great person. Our dog was so comfortable with him and he went above and beyond to schedule us in last minute. We've found our new groomer!

This is the first time I have been here. He asked questions and herd what I had to say about my dog. He did a great job of giving her a hair cut, trimming her nails he cut them to short and she was bleeding all night at home.

Love his work he lets you stay in and watch .you can see Jack loves what he does he's a true artist

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! I would add 2 more for the 5 stars but you get the point. We are so pleased with Jack's treatment of our 3 dogs, not to mention the amazing grooming he has done on our 2 little ones, Kahlua and Champagne. Our third big dog Kessler has an appointment today and I am sure he will be treated just as well. He follows our instructions to the letter and cares for the dogs as if they were his own.
