I love this place.The people are super friendly and very knowledgeable.The best thing I like if you buy 8 bags of dog food.The next one's free That goes for treats too II think that's awesome because sometimes I was sure of money and I got my bag for free. It was the eighth one. The parking is no problem. They have high quality of food toys and treats. I would recommend this place to anybody.
We love J-B Pet Supplies. The staff is knowledgeable, very helpful and I’m very satisfied with the options in stock. I typically go in with a goal, almost never know what to get when I go in lol, and they’re always really helpful in the decision making process. Very happy to support this local business. It’s very sad because this place used to be my go to. But it’s just a disaster now they have a program where once you buy 12 bags of dog food you get the next one free we were told on our last visit that our next bag would be free of course we went in to get our free bag and they conveniently lost our card where they tracked it and all of a sudden don’t have the details in the computer. You just lost a customer of many years just to rip them off for one bag of dog food you should really be ashamed of yourselves people work hard for their money. I came there to support the small business. I could go to Petco and get that bag of food for $10 cheaper anyway, which is where I’m gonna start going it’s not worth the aggravation of dealing with this place.
It’s so great to have a friendly place for all our pup’s right here in town! And Santa visits!
Love the store and the team! They are always very helpful and enjoy the selection of pet products. I’m always tempted by their fun toys.
