I just picked up my Aussie, Bluboy and can’t say enough about how beautiful a job Jo Ann did grooming our boy. He was calm and relaxed when we arrived to pick him up and looked fabulous! Jo Ann took the time to talk with me before he was groomed and I did not feel rushed in the least. She took time to get to know him and give him some love and affection. We took our dog (poodle/wheaten mix) to Joanne for grooming, and couldn’t be more satisfied. She did a great job, and pricing was more than fair. After years of using a big brand store/shop for dog grooming, I’m upset that we didn’t consider J&B sooner!
