It's Ruff Without A Roof

Got my dog in January 2021, her litter had parvo and she was rescued and brought back to health. Over a year later and she has been the best little doggy . IRWAR has awesome grounds with lots of acres and a lake for the dogs. The staff really is passionate about the dogs.

My husband and I adopted a dog. Everything was fine until about 2 weeks after he was in our home. He started peeing all over and we couldn’t understand why. Took him to the vet in case of a UTI come to find out he tested positive for a tick born illness and heartworm.. my vet advised me to contact the rescue to let them know so they can be aware. When I requested someone to call me and when they did it was made out to be my husbands and my fault because we didn’t take him to the vet when we first got home. They offered to take the dog back and there was no way i would do that seeing we got attached to him! His vet said he had heartworm for awhile because it takes at lest 6 months to show up positive on a test. The test that they did down south said negative. Now my problem is that the dogs

I have adopted a dog from them. She is my life. She was taken great care of before I adopted her from Ruff Without a Roof. I highly recommend adopting from them.
