I called Intermountain Feed to ask about a product but got their voicemail. I left a message but didn’t expect a return call. To my surprise Brigitte called me back with information. They happened to be out of it but they expected a shipment that day. Brigitte said that she would call me back when they got the shipment in. Later that same day she called me back and said that they had received the shipment and the product I wanted was in plentiful supply. Now that is customer service! Intermountain Feed should be very happy with this young lady.

Never had a bad experience, pricing is great staff know what they are talking about. They saved the day for us today going above and beyond. Glad to support local business especially ones that hold this type of standard.

Unparalleled customer service.. Will always be right on top of your order and more often than not have it loaded into your vehicle before you even make it out of the store.. Extremely knowledgeable about their feeds and can give expert recommendations. 4H friendly!!

Down to earth people work there. Helpful and friendly. Needed to get something for a friend. Only been a couple times, but service was always excellent.
