Interbay Veterinary Care Center

This veterinary care center has offered the best care to my beloved dogs and cats. I've stayed with them since 2020 because Dr. Coffin is caring and thorough, and Veronica is attentive and responsive. I have never stayed with a vet clinic this long, which is a testament to the effective and diligent work they do. While prices can feel high, and limited hours can be difficult at times, their care feels worth it. Highly recommend their services. This place is small but mighty.

Review for Dr. Coffin: I have had multiple pets seen by Dr. Coffin over the decades (since 1999!) and have stayed with him because I appreciate his compassionate and knowledgeable care for my pets. If I could get ahold of him directly, this would improve my most recent experience with his clinic. Review for the office manager/clinic operations: I had no problems at all until the last few years (pandemic time). The clinic now has very limited hours (still in 2024), and getting information about prescriptions, or getting them filled has been exceptionally frustrating. Communication about what they can do is not always clear or friendly, differs from what I'm told by Dr. Coffin, and at least 50% of the time requires at least 5 email exchanges for getting prescriptions renewed or filled to sta

Dr. Steve, Veronica and staff have been caring for our dogs since 1997. Dr. Steve is a caring and compassionate vet who always takes extra time to FULLY explain what is going on with my pet and then gives us multiple options for their care. We have NEVER been disappointed by Dr. Coffin or his staff and feel pretty lucky that Interbay Vet has been there to care for our dogs. They are a great group!

Their pricing is very fair and they gave me several more months with my cat and showed genuine concern without sugar-coating risks and procedural options. Thank you IVCC for giving me more time with my buddy.

Steve is a great Vet and a good person. We are fortunate enough to live within a couple of houses of Steve's and got to know Steve as a neighbor before he became Zeus's Vet. Before Zeus was a patient he had a real painful evening as a result of an anal gland problem. We were afraid for him and my husband went to see Steve and ask if Steve had any ideas. To our great relief, Steve came to the house, diagnosed and fixed the problem to our's and Zeus's relief. He did not have to do this, but went out of his way as a neighbor. We are and will be using Steve as our vet. By the way - he does not make house calls.
