She’s pretty strange… Her office staff treats you as though she’ll “deign” to eventually see you / your pet (who knows when that will be if your pet is ill). She instructs her staff to request that you to write and email her a literal essay, stating everything about your pet’s current health and why you’d like to become her client (what an ego!!)…. Who has time for this?? What, she won’t see you unless you pass her little egocentric tests?? When I called, I was talked down to by her assistant who answered her office phone, stating that they’ll put me on a waiting list where I literally had to “apply” to be considered to become her client. Then - they contacted me (twice) at a moment’s notice, expecting me to drop everything THAT DAY to drive over an hour to Acramdale (in B.F. Egypt) to

Doctor Tina and her staff are wonderful, I highly recommend them. They cared for my little rescue dog Chino and she was so compassionate.

Dr. Aiken is knowledgeable in both conventional and holistic veterinary care, and she is kind and compassionate.

We have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Tina. She is incredibly intelligent and truly cares about every animal that walks through her door. Our puppy had significant vaccine reactions, when other vets told us there was nothing they could do, doctor Tina effortlessly gave us a protocol that started helping our pup immediately. We have no problem making the drive to see her from NYC, she is that good!!

This place is worth the 90 minute drive I take when I need to go. Dr. Tina is exceptional and extremely smart and is focused on preventive care and the ongoing health, as well as curing my dog, if need be. Ronda and Nancy are wonderful and sweet and very knowledgeable as well - everyone treats me with great respect. Let alone what a beautiful place - a farmhouse and barn in the country with horses, no less.
