We cannot recommend Insight enough! We brought our LGD puppy here when we were initially concerned about aggression after we got him. Ryan contacted us immediately and put us in the hands of Payton who’s been absolutely amazing. Payton is one of the best dog trainers I’ve ever met. She has given us the tools to help our puppy succeed and now we get compliments on how well behaved he is (especially for an LGD). She has also helped us work on confidence building with our high energy dog. At four years old, Tashi was becoming more anxious and unsettled when away from home. Last year we began giving him meds when traveling, and, avoiding cafe outdoor seating since we couldn't predict how he might react to other dogs. Payton has been exceptional in helping us learn how to bring out Tashi's best self. The results are so encouraging; last week we spent 32 hours driving over four days, and Tashi was quiet and relaxed the entire trip without any medication. Payton is a talented and dedicated dog trainer. I brought my very fearful white Shepherd, Thora, for training because my relationship with her was fractured. So much so I nearly considered returning her to the breeder. Payton taught me how to communicate with Thora more clearly and become more decisive. I am grateful to Payton for being so patient and consistent. She mended the relationship between Thora and I, and now it's a real joy to train, play, and hang out with my dog.
