Imperial Mobile Grooming

These people gave my dog fleas , didn’t give him a good cut , very uncaring and unprofessional. . I called her and told her what happen to my dog ,she said she would call me back and she didn’t call me until I text her and called her out of her name and that they only cares about money and not her business. . She has the nerve to call me cursing . They do not even deserve 1 star unfortunately I had to give them a star in order to write this review . I would never recommend them ever again . My dog is a toy poodle and they charged me $75 and they did not even cut his fur, which I paid . I’ve had to take my dog to pet smart 3 days after their service to have him cut and bath also treated him for fleas . Beware their tools is dirty .

I have been spending so much money on flea treatments because of IMPERIAL MOBILE GROOMERS. My 9 month old puppy was never around other dogs at no point in time, and my home for sure doesn’t have FLEAS! My dog hair was trimmed long, and there was a huge patch on the side of his leg that they “accidentally” shaved. I texted the owner and she didn’t respond(GUILTY!). Their equipment was definitely dirty and contaminated! I had to spend more money to get him groomed at PetSmart, bathed him FIVE times within 1 week, bought flea collar, numerous sprays, AND he still has Fleas! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have been using them for 8 years. All of the groomers are EXCELLENT! I have 5 dogs. I have one that is elderly. She has lesions and is very delicate. They remove the plaque of of my dogs teeth. Honestly, I have used mobile and grooming sites for years and my dogs have been nipped with the clippers and burned. Once they even got fleas. I have NEVER had an issue with Imperial. They do run a little late sometimes or they don’t answer the phone but it is because they are 100% working on giving pets the best experience. My dogs get excited to see the truck. I honestly recommend them. I never write reviews but I saw that someone gave them 1 star. They have never let me down in the last 8 years.

I have been with them for a while but today I had the lousiest experience with them. I recently adopted an American bulldog girl, she is a big girl. She sheds a lot of hair so I decided to call them so they can come cut her hair and bath her. I paid $80 for the service and they did the crappiest job ever!!! The dog has patches of hair all over. she was not bathed, they didn’t clip her nails..... just awful! I just threw away my money!

Terrible. My dog gets groomed normally and no issue, my dog would not stop shaking as soon as she saw that man. I am scared to know what they do to my poor doodle. They need to go out of business.
