I always take my dogs to Ideal Pet Grooming. Tracey is wonderful with my dogs. Their summer cut is spot on for a warm Christmas afternoon. Nails are trimmed nicely, and customer service is excellent. I have a small mixed breed dog and a Labradoodle that I bring in for grooming regularly. I highly recommend bring your pups here for great service.

OK, I was there March 5, 2026. I took my dog there many times before but I always had a weird feeling because my dog hated going there but I put that aside because it’s close to work and where I live and it was a convenience. I’ve been taking Lulu there for about a year and a half now on March 5. I dropped her off in the morning when I came back to pick her up hours later she was really really excited to see me so I paid for the procedure even though they call me every time I go home five minutes later they called me to add more to my bill, but I’m already going to work already starting my day, so I’m kind of stuck because Lou is there already and I’m forced to pay it whatever they bill me more for it so when I pick her up, but she’s really excited. I was very happy with this place I had two years bringing my fur baby here and I never had a problem until today, my husband take him bc I was at work and when he go pick him up he noticed they cut very short his eye and nose the you can see his skin completely exposed when he asks what happen they just said he was moving, since he gets home from there he is nonstop touching his nose and eye , I put some neosporin to try to help him, most be bother him a lot. I’m really very disappointed to see him like this, this isn’t acceptable!
