Nikki is an absolute Rock Star! She trained our family, yes trained us on how to meet the specific needs of our dogs. Her techniques and knowledge enabled us to be better equipped to train our dogs and trust them especially when they are off leash. Not only is she a trainer but she also boards. Knowing that our dogs are in trusting hands and with someone who can manage them the same way we do ours our minds at ease. There's no one like her!

My dog Dib was board and trained within 2 weeks. Nikki did an amazing job with him and that was over 10 years ago. She’s remained my friend and go to when I need doggy advice and information. She’s the best!

I came to Nikki while I was 6 months pregnant as a last ditch effort to keep my beautiful baby girl!! She had gone through all the early stage trainings and I worked with a different trainer one on one because she didn’t get along with our other dog but, he temperament didn’t want to change. Athena had a bite history with our other dog and unfortunately my god daughter. Knowing that we were about the have a newborn in the house and her being unpredictable I didn’t know what to do but, I had seen the work Nikki had done with my brothers dog and decided I needed to try. We sent Athena for a few weeks of board and train in hopes to get her to respond better to simple commands and calm down a little bit. She came back to us with a much better temperament. We sent our dog Indy to Ideal K9 Training, and the results were amazing. She came back knowing all her commands, listening the first time, and—best of all—she no longer drags our youngest daughter around by her nightgown. Our home is calmer, our dog is happier, and our daughter can finally move freely in pajamas. Nikki didn’t just train Indy—she transformed her. We’re beyond grateful for Nikki’s incredible work and the peace she’s brought to our home!

Nikki is a miracle worker! When my pup was 8 months old she was resource guarding (biting), wouldn’t listen to commands, and would run away when off-leash. We sent her to a 2-week board and train and she came back a new dog! She hasn’t resource guarded since, she listens to ALL commands, and she can enjoy tons of off-leash time everywhere we go (even at the lake or the mall with a ton of distractions!). Nikki truly made my dog into the good girl she is today! And my dog gets so much more freedom and a MUCH better quality of life.
