I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Parnell and her staff. Unfortunately I had to bring my sweet hound to put her down. Because I wanted her ashes back, it was going to cost close to $500 everywhere else. But at Idaho Falls Vet Hospital, it was about $205. They gave my girl a beautiful room that is obviously set up for these types of appointments. They made her last minutes comfortable not only for her, but also for me and my family. The compassion and empathy was amazing. This is my new vet clinic from here on out. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I see why this clinic is so highly recommended.

We first came here when our dog was just a puppy and continued visits until he was about a year old. Whenever he had issues like diarrhea, we were always able to see the vet without any trouble. Dr. Parnell is someone you can really trust — a genuinely good person, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable.

Rosie was diagnosed Feb. with hemangiosarcoma. And they have been the most amazing support for the both of us. They keep me updated through her chemo. Spoil her rotten even. And this Wednesday was another close call 🥲 Rose collapsed early morning. Luckily she has the most amazing people on her side who come in early when I don’t have an appointment, go to bat to argue for the blood she needs (my undying loyalty has been given), and let me curl up in a kennel with her to monitor her during her blood transfusion. They let her hang out to watch her when I have to go into the shop. Share their lunches and let her chill with her bestie Sasquatch. I’m so very lucky to know the amazing humans at Idaho Falls Veterinary Hospital and can honestly say they are the most dedicated team I’ve ever met. W

Dr. Parnell and her staff are amazing. She has been my main vet for years, because she is great with the animals, incredibly knowledgeable, has fair prices, and is good with her customers. For example, today I got caught in traffic and was 15 minutes late for my appointment, but they still got me in. They will always have my business!

I have two amazing cats that im very picky about there care. My cat got sick over Christmas and I was so worried about her. Idaho Falls Veterinary Hospital took such good care of my baby. She's feeling so much better and is doing well. Yesterday I took both cats in for there shots and to get microchips. I have a seizure disorder and could feel a seizure coming on. I let them know of the situation an they jumped into action and got me blankets to lay on. I was able to call someone to pick me and my babies up. The vet still did the shots and microchips for me while I was laying on the blankets. They allowed me to use that room until my ride could pick me up. They were so sweet and concerned about me and made sure I was okay. They went above and beyond for me that I cannot express the gratitu
