Hurricane City Animal Shelter

The only thing they didn't do for my dog while I had a medical emergency, was groom her. Best city dog shelter ever.

We then walked through the facility to look at the dogs that were up for adoption, I was impressed. It is was well maintained and a safe place for dogs to be. They are amazing people and love what they do. I did adopt a pup from there and was able to get my residential kennel license through them. It was quick and easy, yet thorough. My husband and I adopted a kitty from the Hurricane Shelter at one of their Petco adoption events last weekend, and we couldn't be more grateful! The experience we had with the ladies who run the event (Susan) was very pleasant. They were very informative and compassionate. We adore our little fluffball and highly reccomend anyone looking for a new furry friend to check out this shelter!

I love this place great people that do their best to help the animals find their furever homes❗️Also that’s where I adopted my kitten Tinker Bell and she’s a beauty❤️ She’s my dog Tiger Lily’s sister and best friend😘 I highly recommend going to check them out and see what animals that they have❗️

I went there because someone told me they were in need of supplies. So, I went and bought dog food, cat food, and litter. New bowls for all shapes of dogs. I bought detergent for them to wash towels. I got toys and other treats. I spent around $500. But it's so worth it. We need to adopt shelter animals and stop buying from breeders and pet stores. Everyone one was so nice and they really care about these animals. Get involved!!!
