This place has a decent selection of pet supplies and the prices are not bad. However, I’ve been in here three times and the staff has made me not want to go back. I have never once been greeted walking in. The girls are on their phones or reading books. I understand scrolling or reading when no one’s in the store, but to not even look up when a customer enters is rude. How do you not even smile at a dog entering a small pet store? Even when you check out there is not even a basic hello or thank you. It makes me feel uncomfortable when browsing. I won’t be returning.

Between the helpful staff, good selection of food and treats, and the amount of products they fit into a small space, I could not ask for a better pet store in Eastie! The staff are so sweet and helpful- they even remember my cats’ names and point out new or substitute products if what I’m looking for isn’t available. They’ve got a great selection of freeze dried treats for both cats and dogs, as well as unique toys.

Super expensive but decent products. 3 treats and a clothing item for my pet was over $100 (reply to the owners response, Jersey I bought was $30 plus. Found the same Jersey for $20. Never a good look to lie on pricing)

I'm here all the time with my dog and we both love it. They have a huge selection of treats and toys. The store managers are always so kind and helpful and willing to order supplies that they may not carry in store. We ordered a fantastic dog bed (that our cat can't get enough of either) and leashes and pop in every few weeks for treats and other regular supplies. Highly recommend as a local pet supply store!
