The employees were amazing. I wasn't really sure about everything, as the puppy I really wanted had been adopted the previous day, so they took the time to explain the entire process. I got to spend time with puppies to see if we hit it off and they were all so cute and well taken care of. The employees outweighed my options for holding a puppy on reserve and payment. I really appreciated their time and the fact that all of the dogs were clean and kennels clean. The dog's looked genuinely happy there. I will definitely be adopting from here!

I just adopted 2 of the sweetest dogs yesterday! The staff was amazing! They knew the dogs well and listened to my situation to make the best fit for my family and the dogs. Thank you for this privilege of saving 2 pets and making my elderly parents some new best friends. ❤️

I took my new cat to the HSSET for an examination and vetting. They took good care of her, and at a reasonable price. I'll be taking her back, for her spay appointment, soon.

This shelter is absolutely wonderful! The staff truly loves every animal that comes through their doors—you can see it in the way they care for them and interact with visitors. The facility is always clean and welcoming, and the animals are clearly happy and well looked after. The clinic services are smooth, affordable, and run by compassionate, knowledgeable staff. Whether you’re there for vaccines, spay/neuter, or general care, the process is easy and stress-free. Adopting from this shelter is honestly a bargain—the adoption fees are incredibly fair considering the pets are already spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped and everything else I’m forgetting.
