Humane Society of Tipton County

I had a wonderful experience adopting my cat through Tipton Humane Society. Danielle was amazing. She reached out quickly after I submitted the adoption form and stayed in touch throughout the process. She was flexible and patient, even giving me time to decide before finalizing. When I came back to adopt, everything was smooth and welcoming. Thanks to Danielle’s kindness and availability, the whole process felt easy and positive. I’m so grateful and highly recommend this shelter to anyone looking to adopt!

We had such a wonderful and positive experience with everyone at HSTC. From start to finish on our search for a new dog companion, they were amazing with communication, response time, and understanding. They truly knew every one of their animals so well, their needs, and are incredible matchmakers. 100% one of the best shelter experiences I’ve ever had, and definitely recommend to anyone searching for a new family pet.

I've called and left a message early this week on 11/17 or 18th, I'm not sure and have not heard from them yet. Tipton has waited so long for the Humane Society to open up but yet they don't return phone calls. I realize it's all volunteer work but the least they could have done was give me the courtesy of a phone call. I would think they would do a better job than what they are doing. I'm not pleased at all

I recently adopted a puppy. The experience was flawless and amazing. Chelsea was excellent in communication and answered any questions that I had. It was great to be able to text Chelsea prior to meeting. The application to the final adoption paperwork was all streamlined making the process simple.

I only rated a 5 so i can leave a review! Chelsie was absolutely amazing! We unfortunately had to return Mars back to the shelter last night! The 2 volunteers that were there to not greet me was absolutely rude!!!!! Made me feel like we hurt our fur baby! He just wasn't a good fit! Do better Tipton! I understand they don't get paid to do their job but they need to have alittle better customer service!!!!
