We went to see the cats and ended up getting Tara! She is the most sweetest and cuddliest cat that I’ve seen! The process was easy and smooth and wasn’t a bad price! They have all the sweetest cats

Took the 2 hr drive from venice. Glad we did. A little Chiweenie was just brought in and the wife immediately fell in love with it. Took it immediately. Had to wait to get it neutered . It was brought in saying it didn't get along with other dogs...Were they wrong ! We have a very calm household with our 13 yr old Ollie. They hit it off immediately After 5 days,he acts like he's been here 5 yrs. Can't thank them enough. Very clean well run facility

I adopted a boxer/bulldog mix a few years ago, he went missing for 3 months, I lost a piece of my heart, just got him back less then a week ago, someone took him, got arrested and animal services took the dog scanned the chip that this humane society put in him(bless them for doing that) this place is great the people are good to the animals, they treat them good.

Quaint little place. Super friendly staff. They only had a few dogs and some cats available at the time of my visit. There is a grassy area where you can spend time playing with and getting to know the pup you are interested in. They're excited about the new larger building that is being built to house all the rescues! I didn't find what I was looking for this time. I'm looking for a chihuahua, and they only had bigger dogs. I will definitely be checking back with them in the future. If you're interested, they had this adorable German Shepard mix, Jingle. He was a sweet boy. I'm sure he'll make some family very happy when he's adopted!

Surprisingly clean for an animal shelter. They only had a handful of fur babies to choose from but that's a good thing. I didn't end up finding a new fur baby but I didn't get discouraged. If you're looking for a new fur baby to love please give them a look. The people who work there are super nice and the animals are well taken care of.
