The folks at this facility are amazing! So friendly and accommodating. We brought home our foster to adopt pup on Sunday. They sent us off with food, toys, leash, collar, and let us borrow a crate. Such a great experience. Thank you for all you do for the pups you rescue.

I am impressed! I have a fragrance allergy and I was able to go into this building and not suffer! Chemical fragrances can be bad for us and our fur friends. I am so pleased it didn't smell like bad cleaners or plug ins! Staff was nice and we adopted our newest fur baby and we are thrilled!

I reached out and scheduled a visitation for Muffin She was a little cute adorable kitty after losing our other pets/fur babies. We were ready to open up and get a new additional to the family And when we filled out the form we put that we have a landlord, and just so happens our landlord lives with us, and apparently it was a red flag because we did not state that he was living there. The landlord was on board with us getting another fur baby and was OK with it, but apparently they decided for those reasonings that we were not a good candidate, which makes no sense to me, and when we went to our visitation muffin was not the only one in the room it was Her whole litter not that that’s a big issue, but we couldn’t even really get to know her and see her personality that well but as soon as

I'm sorry but I'll never get a pet from the Humane Society again. I adopted a stray and this was during the height of COVID. The pets were taken to workers homes. When I brought the cat home he went through one of the big yellow buckets of clumping litter once per week. I spent over 700.00 on this cat in 4 months to figure out what was going on. Dr. Nordman in Lebanon found kidney disease. So basically this cat was dying. I called the Humane Society asking them how they did not notice the large amount of litter usage. They denied it. He didn't just get severe kidney disease the day I brought him home. Why lie about it? That's not humane. You're so lucky there are laws that I cannot file a small claim. Because I would if I could. I do not suggest getting a pet from the Humane Society. They

Participated in the fifteenth but last motorcycle benefit ride. It was a nice jaunt for about an hour through the Boone County roads. Appreciate the effort and sorry itythe last, didn't know it until the ride announcement ksu. What I saw of the facility itself which was just the lobby as I didn't know tours were an option until it was mentioned at ksu seems like a well designed purposed facility. Saw several pet intro rooms, a cat room and the lobby which was more spacious than I expected. The ride coordinators were cordial but not real social chatty, all business no extra effort to get to know and take an advantage of the opportunity.. Seemed like a lot if riders had their own cliques going, I had to introduce myself to my co-rider and that was it. I thought motorcyclists were sup
