Horrible people who dont take the right steps in ensuring a pet gets back to it's loving family that is actively looking for the pet. Give Torch back to his rightful owners! They have offered to pay to see if it was in fact their bird, they have offered to get the birds sister DNA tested that they still have to ensure it's not their bird, and these crooks wont give him the time of day, they blocked him and ignore every attempt he has made to check to see if it was his bird. The man only asked to make sure it wasn't HIS family member, if it's not he would leave it alone, but apparently the people who run this place are evil and dont care about caring owners being reunited with their own pets. I hope this humane society gets sued and has to pay for this families pain and they are ordered to

Review for Zach employee of this business, Tree fell down in the middle of the road blocking one lane off. I stopped to clear it while everyone else passed around Zach was the only one that stopped to help. That what 🇺🇸 about!

I volunteer there and they definitely love, rescue and take care of pets in need. Queen Beth and King Zack that works with the cats and dogs are the best and that's a an understatement. The cats and dogs are the best too lol.❤️💓

Facility will not return our call to claim our pet. It has been 6 days plus. Still waiting.
