Excellent staff. You can tell they truly love and care about their animals! Beautiful facility, too. We got our 2 newest additions to our family from here and they have overwhelmed our hearts with joy. Thank you HAP for all you do.

I hate to do this but my experience today was just down right bad. I got to the Saturday clinic at 10:15. I pulled to park and was immediately flagged down by a gentleman who said you can't park here and you need to park behind the cars out on the side of the road. I said well hello to you as well. Then when I parked I was told the hallway was full and may not be seen this was at 10:30a. By 10:54 I was told they can't see you today me and 4 other cars. Mind you the parking lot was empty. This is not how you operate if your hours are 9-11. This is unfair and the guy was rude. Will not be supporting this place ever again.

HAP does a fully-encompassing, excellent job of caring for their animals. Their foster program is perfect for making sure there's a good future owner match. All medical services were covered until adoption and support afterwards was always available. I'm sure they operate on a shoe string budget, yet they are always there to provide wonderful service. I adopted 1 dog and fostered another and highly recommend HAP for your future pet. Update: even after 6 months of ownership, Bat Man required urgent care. HAP was there for us with a assistance and follow-through coordination! We're very grateful, and HAP is an organization well continue to support!

This is a fantastic place to adopt from! The staff is knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and truly cares about the cats. We adopted two cats recently at a PetSmart pop-up adoption event that came from HAP, and they’re thriving. The application process and interview were smooth, and it felt like the perfect match - which it clearly was. We love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking to adopt!

They're a great pet care and adoption service. You can shelter pets as well. The people really care about the animals and work hard to make sure they're comfy and happy as much as they can. The best thing to do is go there and rescue a pet. They will help you with all of it.
