Humane Animal Partners (Rehoboth Beach)

Everyone at the location in rehobeth is amazing. They informed us of our kittens history and answered all of our questions thoroughly. If they couldn’t answer they gave us info on where we could go to get those answers. Everyone was extremely helpful and had smiles on their faces. The entire experience was amazing. Me and my husband are extremely satisfied and grateful with our kitten. Zaza is so amazing. She is sweet, kind, loving, funny, joyful, and the greatest valentines gift my husband has ever gotten. He couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend HAP for anyone looking for a furry addition to add to their family.

While the staff here seem caring towards unhoused animals, my experience with them was marred by a lack of respect for visitors. When I tried to read a sign on the gate, a representative used her hand to shoo me away, insisting the area was 'private.' This was not only unprofessional but also rude and frustrating. Simply explaining that the gated animal area belongs to the Humane Animal Partners organization and enlightening visitors to the mission of the organization would have been more productive and welcoming. This approach could improve customer experience by fostering understanding and engagement with your mission. I adopted two orange boys from this place over the weekend. The adoption process was smooth, the people working at the center were kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. I'm so happy to welcome my new furry friends (FKA Fry & Butterscotch) home, and they are settling right in!

Great place got my family dog there what a good addition to my family thumbs up guys thanks for my new family pet house trained well behaved loyal and a real mellow dog. Loves my four kids and that’s what the Delaware humane association cared about the most had to bring the whole family to meet him before bringing him home thanks again.
