If I could give negative stars I would. This "shelter" is located behind the water treatment facility. The dogs are in open air kennels that are in varying degrees of disrepair. Honestly the dogs would probably be better off fending for themselves on the streets.
Love Dusty! He cares! You couldn't find a finer person.
