Thank you HSNT for helping with one of the most difficult decisions any pet owner has to make. I did not have enough money after an expensive vet visit to humanely euthanize my cat of 14 years with my vet. HSNT helped with such compassion and care. They handled my beloved cat and me with such genuine care. Thank you!

Wow, what a great Clinic! I pull up in the parking lot for my appointment and within seconds Oscar is walking to my vehicle window with a clipboard. I roll down my window, he confirms it's me and asks me to fill out the form; when I'm done, come in. I head in, Sofie is weighed, I confirm the vaccinations I want and before I know it, they're done. What the heck!? Was I only inside for 5 min?! Warm, friendly staff and lighting quick service. 5 stars. Best service for a non-profit, a for-profit, a govt agency or anyone else. Impressive. Recmd.

Had a wonderful first experience at HSNT clinic! It was well worth the drive to make it downtown Fort Worth. My male cat had a neutur appointment scheduled and Oscar was great to work with. He provided all necessary information and confirmed our appointment the day before. When I arrived at 8am for my cat's drop off Oscar was welcoming and is truly passionate about animals. I felt safe leaving my cat in the hands of the clinic. When picking up my cat it was an informative and quick pick up! Affordable health service fees and a great staff! Highly recommend and a big thank you to you all!

We had the unfortunate need to euthanize our sweet, little old lady this weekend. HSNT was extremely compassionate and handled the situation well. I felt at ease the moment I walked in and was greeted by a very sweet man. He was gentle and respectful about the process, paperwork and payment. I was then escorted to a private room, where i was given the opportunity to say one last goodbye to my girl. The second gentleman was equally kind and compassionate. He used a gentle voice and vocabulary while guiding me through the process. When it was all over, he carried my girl out to me in his arms like a newborn, and had wrapped her up beautifully. I'm grateful they were able to make such a hard experience as wonderful as it was.

We’ve been coming here for 3 years now for my dog’s vaccines, and every visit has been wonderful. The process is always smooth and fast, and we’re treated with so much kindness. My dog has anxiety and usually gets very scared, but the gentleman who checks us in has a magic touch—she’ll happily go with him inside. You can tell that everyone who works here loves what they do and it truly shows in how gentle and sweet they are to both my dog, Belle and me.
