Howl-A-Day Inn of Trolley Road

This place SAVED our NYE cruise at the very last minute! The kennel where we were supposed to board our 2 GSDs decided to be closed on the day we were supposed to drop them off (the day before an 8-hour drive to Florida)! I hopped on the phone while still sitting in the parking lot of the other facility and they were able to accommodate our fur babies right then and there! THANK GOD for the Howl-a-Day Inn! We will definitely be using them again

They are always nice and my little dog always looks and smells great. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

I agree with prior reviews (disorganized, lack of compassion, lack of communication). The receptionists “lose” or “can’t find” your paperwork often. This week, the receptionist “lost” paperwork again, was surprised when I showed up (even after they called to confirm the reservation a few days prior). When I picked up my dogs, the receptionist was unprofessional when telling me about my dogs’ stay. When I asked why no one had given me a call, she gave me the run around that she wasn’t even supposed to be working that day. When I brought my dogs home to pet them & cuddle them like we always do, they both cowered down to the floor.

I called to book boarding and the young lady was very informative and kind. And their pricing is very reasonable! I’m looking forward to this working relationship for our small dog.
