Hounds Town - Houston - Woodlands

Hounds Town is the only place I take my dog Wesley for both daycare and boarding, and I seriously can’t say enough good things about it. Wesley absolutely loves going there and gets so excited the second we pull into the parking lot. Every time I pick him up, he’s happy, tired (from playing with the other pups), and in such good spirits. All the dogs at Hounds Town are super friendly, and always play so well with Wesley. It’s honestly the best form of socialization for him. The staff is amazing and truly cares about the dogs, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing Wesley is in such good hands while I’m away. We love HoundsTown and if I could rate them 100 stars we would. Our pup Astra loves going to "school" and playing with her dog friends. The stare here is top notch. The photos they post, the care they give the dogs, the little parties and treats that they have at no extra cost, the raffles, etc. make this a wonderful experience for not only our pup but for us as dog parents as well. Their spa services are also amazing, and bringing Astra here 2x a week Has been a great decision! Keep up the great work team!

Our puppy Benson has been going to Houndstown for about a year, and I couldn’t be happier with the care he receives. The staff is so wonderful. I never have to worry when I drop him off because I know how much they love him. Drop-off is seamless, and Benson gets so excited to go! All I have to say is, “Do you want to go to school?” and he runs to the car. The daily Instagram updates, parties, and dress-up days are such a fun part of his routine. It’s clear everyone there truly loves what they do…even if Benson acts like a nut from excitement when he gets there and when he has to leave! Can’t recommend them enough. -Mandy McCoy

I regularly take my dogs to the HT in St. Louis and was excited to see this one was so near to where we were staying in Houston. The employees were lovely and my dogs had a great time. HOWEVER, I learned while paying that the employees do not receive their credit card tips. This is illegal and the business owner should be ashamed. I had them refund my credit transaction so I could repay without a tip and leave a tip they would actually get. This is shameful and I'm sure that the regular customers at this location don't want to subsidize this business with the tips they intend for the employees that are actually caring for their dogs. Shame on you owner of Hounds Town woodlands. I'll be notifying corporate of your illegal thievery as well.

The staff here are kind, and playful with my pups! My pups love coming here. The staff is responsive to messages, always kind and friendly to me. You can tell they all work well together as a Team. The facility is always clean, smells clean and welcoming to me and my pups. Most times we come for boarding stays other times we come for DDC…love that I can request bathing before picking up, so the pups come home nice and clean. We love coming here. Thanks for all that you do for Sonny and Mia guys!
