We heard about this place from a friend. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Wouldn't let us tour the kennel stating we could contaminate it so we left our 8 pound dog up front with her and were told he'd be moved back to a kennel later. My first big red flag was my dog didn't want to go to her but he never likes us leaving. After we left I'd call to check on him by phone and she informed me he was kept in the front so he could be by other people coming and going and while she was grooming. She also seemed annoyed with my calls checking on my dog. Then we were told we could only pick up our dog between certain hours. We were there during business hours and no one was there to let us get our dog. He saw us peeking in the window and was screaming for us which broke our hearts. We could not reach carol by

The owners were very friendly. The kennel was clean and seemed spacious.
Let's just say I wont ever take my animals there. I would give that place maybe one star
