Hounds of Love Grooming Salon

This review is long over due. Sasha was born during COVID and is very timid around people she does not know. She was going to another groomer for about 5 years until the groomer we were working with went to another company. Not wanting to travel farther, we started looking at other groomers in our area and found Hounds of Love. We are very grateful to have found them. From our initial visit, we were greeted as if we were longtime customers. Brooke the owner was a groomer so she knows what it takes to keep her staff as well as her customers happy. We have been very pleased with how Sasha is treated and groomed. She has never looked better. My wife and I have taken all of our dogs here for grooming. From a puppy to senior dogs with special needs. The staff has always been courteous and accommodating. We can’t say enough about them and their exceptional work. Highly recommend!

Hounds of love does a great job with our dog. They give him lots of love because he is an older dog and needs extra attention. The staff are kind and flexible.

We love Hounds of Love. We have been coming here for 3 years since we moved to Rochester. They always take such good care of our pup! He comes out looking clean, trimmed, and smelling great and they are always so kind to him. He is a big pup but they have him done in 90 min or less. There are lots of shops and a coffee shop and smoothie bar near by so I usually just hang out there until he is done.

I have been using this groomer since I adopted my dear coco.. coco was part of abuse situation where she was severely mistreated she wasn't bath for months the shelter took her in they rehabilitate her for few weeks before I walk in and took her into my family. I call every groomer out there to get coc first real groomer in what seem years of neglect.. everyone was greedy bring her in at this time several weeks out it was only this saloon and the staff that call and said bring her in the next day we will take care of her.. they only went above but they loved seeing coco every month and their so kind the staff is so welcoming too. Their forever my groomer team and now we're gonna bring our second adopted dog to them has well. Guys yall make coco happy and have given her the best grooming
