Hounds & Hops (Hamburg, NY Location)

Our first visit today at Hounds and Hops and we sure did book another appointment! Rebecca did a fantastic job grooming our Cockapoo who doesn’t really like anyone messing with her feet. Rebecca took her time, was patient with her and when we arrived to pick her up it was heartwarming to see Rebecca cuddling on a chair with our dog! She was right at home and she looks beautiful! The place is very clean and I will be recommending this place to everyone!

Been to a few groomers, some good, some ok but now we found our forever groomer. Rebecca is AMAZING and my guy isn’t scared when he goes in and looks great when coming out. She tells you her thoughts and opinions before the cut. Where she thinks she should focus and how the coat will look the best and she’s been spot on both times. Great place to check out for your grooming needs.

Hazel came here for the first time. Her experience was awesome. Courtney did a fabulous job and she was amazing with Hazel and also very personable. The owner, Jarod Miller was kind enough to show us around and told us all the great things that they will be doing. We will definitely be back! Here are before and after photos. First time ….Rebecca was awesome! Had a deshedding done. I stayed with my dog he is older and stresses. After a short time my dog was calm . Rebecca did a great job. I’ve already booked. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience getting my dog groomed here. She got a haircut, bath, and full clean-up, and she came out perfect exactly how I wanted her. Her coat is soft, looks great, and she just looks so fresh and comfortable. Rebecca was the groomer who worked with my dog, and she did an amazing job. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work. I would absolutely request Rebecca again and hope to rebook with her in the future. Highly recommend!
