Our go to place for our fur baby. The ladies we have talked to and met have been amazing each time. They did do a tour the first time we used them and we really loved that they take the dogs out to run and play instead of leaving them in the kennels all day-our #1 reason from switching to hi halo to here. They really care about the pets-everytime ive picked up my dog, they have raved about him and love on him before we leave. Our dog always seems happy to go and not terrified when we leave. We love it here and will continue to use them in the future.

We have been using the Hound Dog Hotel for several years now, and they have become a part of our extended family. They always take great care of our Ellie and make us so comfortable when we leave her. Highly recommend.

Hound Dog Hotel (HDH) takes great care of our dog. For a weekend or for a week, facilities are great and the staff is even greater! We have used HDH several times, and whenever we travel out of town, we will use them again!

We had a very disappointing experience with the Hound Dog Hotel. My wife and I left our two dogs in their care while we were on vacation for a week. Unfortunately, when we returned, we found one of our dogs had a split open tail—a condition referred to by our vet as "happy tail," caused by being kept in a kennel too small for him. This resulted in a $170 veterinary bill and blood all over the house for weeks. We attempted to reach out to the company via email, requesting goodwill assistance for the vet bill, but received no response. When we followed up with a call, the owner pointed out that we had signed a waiver and proceeded to blame us, stating that it was our fault because our dog jumps over their fence, necessitating kenneling.
