Hound About Town

This cute little shop has everything our pup needs in an easy to access, friendly, and affordable downtown storefront. The shop stays open late enough during the week that I don’t feel rushed to get there in the short time between my commute. The selection is great with lots of familiar brands and high quality food my dog likes! We get the Acana brand Red Meat Recipe which is thankfully priced less than what we paid at our old neighborhood pet store. I’m so happy we found Hound About Town in our neighborhood but they’re never far away since the other location in Hamilton Park is a quick walk too. ☺️

Thankful to have a quality, well - curated pet shop in my neighborhood. Great when I’m in a pinch or want to pick up something fun for my little baby :) my cat loves the Arya, Sit! Treats that are made locally in Hoboken.

It’s less of a serious pet supply store and more like someone’s passionate side hustle—but hey, when I needed them, they were there. So, shoutout to this quirky little lifesaver for saving me a trip across town! Here’s a picture of my satisfied little angel who even picked up some toys for his friends.

I love to spoil my pup and stop by whenever we walk by to pick up some doggy treats. The staff is always friendly and offers my pup a few snacks. They have a great rewards program too!

This place is amazing. I love how it’s right infront of the dog run as well. So many different brands of dog treats and toys. The worker was very nice and kind as well. Will definitely come again when my dog finishes the treats!
