She did so amazing on my miniature Aussie! He came out as a brand new fur baby and looks handsome!💫 definitely recommend and will continue going back! Michelle was also super friendly and told me step by step on what she was gonna do and was upfront and very respectful. We appreciate you and all your hard work!🤍 my fur baby don’t know how to act and definitely feeling himself today!!!!🐕. Before & After! He’s all over the place enjoying his pampered self, so the after pictures are not the greatest. But I’m very pleased with the outcome.🥹🤞🏼

I would recommend Hot to Trot to anyone. Michelle has taken care of my dogs and she does it with love and caring for their welfare. If you want someone who loves what she does and will look out for your fur baby she is the one. I consider her a friend to myself and my dog, Doc.

The grooming was not that bad, but it wasn’t that great either. I won’t go back due to her lack of professionalism. I was criticized for asking if she had an appointment “within the next few days” and she did. She told me if I wanted her to groom my dog again then I need to book in advance. Didn’t make sense. The first time I went to her she accepted credit cards, the second time she didn’t so I had to go get cash. Overall she just comes across rude, it’s very awkward to interact with her. I tried to be very polite and nice to her but she just made me feel like nothing I did was good enough for her services. Idk, it was weird.
