From the moment we walked in, Hot Diggity Dog Wash & Boutique felt genuinely welcoming. Max at the counter was calm, kind, and unhurried, which immediately put us at ease. Our Akita, Elly, is sweet and loves people, but nail trims are extremely stressful for her—especially around smaller dogs and unfamiliar surfaces. When we asked if she could be handled separately, the groomer, Lindsay, didn’t hesitate. She adapted instantly, brought over a chair, had me hold Elly on my lap to comfort her, and trimmed Elly’s nails with such confidence and care that the entire process was completely drama-free. We absolutely love Hot Diggity Dog Wash & Boutique! We have been bringing our Irish Wolfhound here since she was a puppy! Four years later and she is genuinely excited to get to the groomers because of how sweet the staff always is to her. The entire staff is so kind and makes things so efficient. We get the hypo allergenic shampoo, blueberry facial, sanitary trim, nail trim, etc (the works!) and are so pleased every time. It feels great to leave your pup at a place that you know treats them with such love and care and provides such a consistent great result! I am very happy with Hot Diggity Dog Wash & Boutique in Dennisport, MA. The staff is so welcoming and friendly from beginning to end. In addition, Groomer Krista Randall is so compassionate with our Double Doodle (Australian Labradoodle/Golden Doodle) When Krista greets us and our Tiki girl, Tiki is ALWAYS so happy to be with her. Krista gave Tiki her 1st Puppy Sanitary Trim and has continued to groom her. Tiki is now 18 months old and I can’t express how happy we are with the service Tiki receives while being at Hot Diggity. Upon arrival to pick up Tiki, I always receive a Groomers Report Card and Tiki always leaves with a beautiful Seasonal Bandanna! I am the Cape Cod Pet Nanny. I have a 93 year old customer who has a 14 year old Standard Poodle. She is too old now to be professionally groomed. We wanted to do it ourselves as she has trouble standing for a long time. Brandon assisted us even lifting our sweet girl inside the tub and out. We had a fun time washing her and blow drying her. I cannot say enough good things about their dog grooming! I have a mini dachshund who is very fearful of anything grooming wise and the staff was so kind and courteous and instantly put me at ease. Coco left there so soft with a beautiful trim of her coat, a nail trimming, and a cute little bow in her hair. The store is also so nice. We shopped a little after picking Coco up. I 100% recommend Hot Diggity and we will definitely be back!
