Great amazing experience with HWH! I highly recommend! The owner is so amazing and devoted to these horses!!! Beautiful horses, amazing time for my daughter who was stunned over the stallions! I didn’t feel rushed at all, like I have felt at other places with horses, everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I highly highly highly recommend this amazing organization!!!! Thank you!

The horse I adopted was NOT what I was told I would be getting. He not only was a dangerous animal but far from being a trusted trail horse. He had been gelded late in life and should have been given more time to get his hormones 'under control and should have been ridden with mares before ever allowing him to be adopted. After just two rides (and with a mare) he took off bucking through the woods, throwing me to the ground. Once he got rid of me he headed for the mare trying to mount her. Took two people to get him off of the mare. Not only was I injured but another lady broke her hand trying to get this horse under control. I returned the horse to Horses Without Humans at which time I was promised another safe horse. To date I have neither received another horse nor have I gotten a

It o cloud I would put 0 starts 🐴💔 Please Read Before Adopting from Horses Without Humans Rescue 💔🐴 We adopted three horses from Horses Without Humans Rescue hoping to give them a safe, loving home. What we received was devastating. All three horses had serious, undisclosed health issues. One, labeled “rideable only,” was in such severe pain and poor condition that our veterinarian said the most humane thing would be to put him to rest. He should have never been adopted in that state. When we reached out to the organization, the owner denied any wrongdoing, ignored our vet’s documentation, and offered no refund or resolution. She eventually came to pick up the suffering horse 😞 . Zero stars, please read. Rehomed two horses to owners we did our best as normal people to verify. Stressed to them, "please give them back if you would not like to keep them, they are family to us" They gave them to this rescue. They do not belong at this rescue and they refuse to give them back. These horses are family and do have a HOME. Please return them to their owner. Where there’s grass, 100 acres to roam free, food every night, Blankets and hay in the winter, people who groom them regularly. These animals were not mistreated. They were loved.
