They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to get my kitty in for an emergency surgery that other clinics refused to even try to schedule. Let alone see him in the timeframe heavily recommended by the emergency vet clinic we visited. We will be visiting this clinic for all our pets’ needs in the future.

They did our Spocks ears and we absolutely love them. They definitely know their stuff.

She takes the time to explain everything as she examines your pup, always making sure they feel safe and comfortable. Dewey has a lot of anxiety when it comes to vet visits, but Dr. Brendle and her team always allow him extra time to settle in and acclimated to the space. I love Dr. Brendel and her staff at Horse Sense. She's very thorough and kind and reasonable. I also feel like she just gets dogs and their people on an innate level. After looking for a vet I could trust and my dogs could trust, I'm really glad to have found horse sense.

I’ve never felt this unwelcome at a vet clinic. The receptionist at Richlands horse sense Vet was weirdly passive-aggressive, making it stressful to ask even simple questions. Other clients, especially from Latino backgrounds, report similar experiences, and she seems to direct negativity toward local businesses as well. (I hope she responds to this one and asks how I know they were clients with Latino backgrounds) This repeated unprofessionalism and microaggression is honestly disappointing considering it’s location. The receptionist seems unhappy in her role, and it shows in how clients are treated. The clinic needs to address it immediately… Happy Holidays chat
