Always a good experience! Staff is knowledgeable and understanding. Kind and gentle to my corgis and kitties. A little on the $$ side but to be expected with the overhead and equipment. 🐾❤️
Our cat, Bella, recently had to have an i-131 procedure. the staff at Hopkinton Animal Hospital where very easy to talk to and very informative,before during and after her procedure. There was a camera on our cat 24/7 and we were able to check on her at any time. If I had a question I was able to text the hospital and received a response back quickly. It was very comforting to know that our cat was in good hands, being loved and attended to and whenever I had a question it was answered. I couldn't thank them enough. We saw a very caring Vet - Dr. Richard. She was excellent. Our cat liked her and so did we. They ran blood work right away, so we didn't have to wait for the results. Both her and her assistant were terrific and we highly recommend them.
They are so amazing! They helped my snake and i find the right treatment and coached me through giving him shots (which is NOT as easy task on a little guy like mine!). They were so gentle with him and definitely know what they are doing. It's nice to see vets that really care about their patients, no matter if its got fur, scales or anything else. So helpful. Squishy and I thank you so much!
We had an emergency with our tortoise and found this animal hospital online. We were able to get an appointment that day and it was an awesome experience. Even though they are located more than an hour from our home, we will absolutely return. The staff was excellent and the facility was beautiful and impeccably clean.
