The great team at Hoofbeats Equine Service has been helping my horses for several years. They are a very exceptional equine veterinary service going way above and beyond to meet our needs. I have senior horses and a couple of young large ponies and everyone is thriving and feeling good thanks to the dedicated team at Hoofbeats. The knowledge and continuing education of Dr Ashman and Dr Smith has helped my equines to live their best happiest lives. Being able to successfully treat a variety of conditions that we have faced is invaluable. The whole team has made our lives so much better and I have great confidence that when I have a need or concern that it will be taken care of. We are very blessed to have such a great equine veterinary service as Hoofbeats.

Dr Brandy Ashman and her team are the absolute best in the area. You will not find a more compassionate, loving, supportive and professional veterinarian! Dr. Ashman and her team are fantastic. We were referred to her after a Saddlefitter recommended a work up with Hoofbeats Equine because I was hitting a wall with my OTTB. I knew something was going on but I wasn’t able to pinpoint the issue; even tacking up was a discussion between horse and rider. Dr. Ashman not only knew exactly what the issue was but fixed it. I am forever grateful to them for not only supporting him as an athlete but also giving me the opportunity to better relationship with my horse.

Hoofbeats Equine has, quite literally, been a lifesaver for my mare. For at least 3+ years, my mare had on-and-off hind end lameness, which included chronic suspensory ligament inflammation. Being in minimal work (mostly hacking a couple times a week), I was incredibly concerned seeing my horse breaking down and moving uncomfortably in the field. I was beginning to worry about her Quality of Life. I called Hoofbeats to have my horse checked and Brandy noticed something no other vet had in the years we dealt with my mare's lameness.
