I only talked to dr Springman and Anne, but my experiences with them both were great. I knew since my boy was young, that when his time came, it would be at home. I’m so grateful they offer this service so he could go in the comfort of his home and in his favorite spot. I contacted the office with the intentions to just prepare, but Dr Springman didn’t even know at that time that she was helping me make the decision to help my boy go out with dignity and for that I can never thank her enough. Thank you guys for what you do- I know Mitsu and I appreciate your honesty, knowledge and kindness more than you’d ever know 🫶🏼

Anne and Dr Springman are always available for me if I have questions concerning my dogs. They make an awesome team. Corey and Adrienne are as professional as they can be when I have to call the office. Sam grooms by cockapoo every 6 weeks and always makes her beautiful and great smelling. I've used other vets in the past, I will never go elsewhere.

For four years, we’ve had a perfectly healthy Rottweiler, and then out of nowhere he has experienced five seizures starting January 22nd. Dr. Springman and the entire staff have been absolutely amazing throughout this scary time. From answering late-night and early-morning messages when the clinic isn’t even open, to fitting us in last minute and reassuring two very worried dog parents, their care and compassion have meant everything to us. We truly couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else to take care of our dog.

We absolutely love Dr. Springman and her whole team! They have taken care of two of our dogs now, and it’s clear they care about them as much as we do. And the option to have them come to your house is great, especially if you have a pet who doesn’t like riding in the car. They are always upfront with the cost of your upcoming appointment and always check with you before adding any other services, unlike other vets we have used in the past who just added on things and surprised you with a huge bill. We also take our dog to Sam for grooming. We have a very anxious, hyper dog and Sam is great with her. And while our dog doesn’t really like riding in the car, once she realizes where we are, she’s so excited to go in and see Sam. We highly recommend Hometown Vet to take care of your pets too!

Hometown has been so good for our dogs! We’ve always gone there for grooming services for our standard poodle (it’s the best place we’ve found in the Peoria area). Today, our dog’s eye became irritated and the Doc was happy to ask us to come in, even though it was right before closing on a Friday afternoon. She examined his eyes, and provided medicine in no time. This care was above and beyond!! We are grateful!
