Home away from home with Lori

We are so thankful that we were able yo have Lori watch our newfy/poo Kevin over the holidays. She was so great with him and sent videos and pictures of him playing. She even gave him a little gift on Christmas. Our dog came home tired from playing with her dogs. The special care she gave our dog was very appreciated and we will be going to Lori again in the future!

We left our 10 year old diabetic corgi and our almost 10 year old cat, both whom had never been boarded before, in the care of Lori for two weeks and we are so glad we did! We were a bit apprehensive at first as our dog needs insulin injections two times per day but all went very well. Lori sent texts, photos and videos with updates and reassured us that all was going well, which made us rest easy. Home Away from Home is very clean, there is a big fenced-in yard for exercise and play, and both of our pets had a wonderful experience there. We would absolutely recommend Lori's service to anyone, and we will definitely be using it again!!

Lori understands that every dog has unique needs and she is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that each dog is well cared for and happy. Boarding our dog with Lori allowed us to enjoy our trip stress free and the pictures/updates that she sent were fun too! Highly recommend using Home Away From Home!

The name is just as it describes “a home away from home.” There are NO kennels, a very clean, big play area for our dogs. I’ve never left my dog at any boarding place before, so I was very nervous at first. But I knew within the first day we made the right decision going with Lori’s home away from home. She sent me constant updates and lots of pictures which was very comforting. Always texting me with updates of what the dogs were doing. I would recommend this to my family and anyone else who is looking for to watch their dog! The next time we need a place to board our dogs we will 100% be going back!

Brought my two labs to Lori for almost a week and highly recommend. I received pictures throughout their stay, which I love! Lori was very kind, and made me feel comfortable leaving my fur babies! They came home stress free and will definitely bring them back!
