This place is awesome! Bean Helped me out and always does such a great job getting me what I need. Had to make a late call to get food and they were still able to get it delivered. They realllly care about their customers, Thanks Bean!

I really loved getting advice for a new food for my granddogs while I was keeping them. A transition can mean disaster for one of them so it was amazing to get advice from an experienced professional. Great service!

The people that work at this store are the friendliest most helpful people!! I drive out of my way to specifically shop at this store!! I live down the street from the store on Rufe Snow and Keller Pkwy, you can barely get anyone to acknowledge you at the Rufe Snow shop! The Southlake Blvd store is the BEST!! I will continue to shop there!! Amazing staff makes all the difference in the world!! 10 STARS!!!

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had anywhere. Alex at the Southlake Hollywood Feed (near Central Market) was amazing. She went above and beyond from the moment we walked in. Not only did she give us a full tour of the store, but she also helped us find new food options for our cat and even gifted us a puppy book for our new pup. You could tell she genuinely cared and wasn’t just doing her job and she made the whole experience feel personal and fun. Because of Alex, we’re now lifetime customers. I seriously can’t remember a time I’ve been treated better in any store. Give that girl a raise!
