This place is amazing every single person that works at this location is awesome . Management on down. It's always a a good time coming into get my boy Whiskey a treat. They treat my pup like royalty.

I took my “very nervous around strangers” dog to use the self pet-wash and it was wonderful. The staff member was so helpful and kind in showing me how everything works (I’m terrible with names and can’t recall hers ☹️). The store was well stocked and clean. My dog had already started warming up to the employee by the time we were leaving. We will definitely be back 💖

My new favorite store! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming... clean shelves, well-organized displays, and a staff that genuinely enjoys helping people. Tiffany assisted me and she was wonderful. She took the time to answer questions, make recommendations, and really knew her products. They offer a great selection of high-quality food and items for pets. Highly recommend!

We went for the self service dog wash and unfortunately we were disappointed. The store itself is beautiful and the staff are great. At first glance the tub area is roomy and has a door to keep all your fur babies from running wild which is great. Everything is beautiful and clean but that’s where the praise stops. The shampoo is set out on tables on the opposite side of the room from the tub, they do provide little medicine cups to put the shampoo in but for my golden I needed to refill the tiny cup multiple times, which had me needing to step away from my dog in the tub. Also, they only have all in one shampoo, while it seems to be great quality, my goldens coat really needs a separate conditioner. Then the water pressure, it was less than great. I just went in here to peek and was warmly greeted and asked about my pup. The groomer was there too and I haven't gotten service with her yet but she was so kind and I am planning on taking my basset to her for her nails. The store is so clean and nice! Excited to go back and really look around more.
