Literally called to just get a estimate nobody saying get a crystal ball and predict but an estimate. Many businesses give estimates you have to tell people upfront what the cost could be so people know that’s called transparency If you’re a veterinary, you should already know most likely most UTIs what they cost to treat, including the visit,,,,, I speak to obviously a very disgruntled woman with an accent, so I don’t know her name she wouldn’t give me her name very rude. This is not the type individual that should be working around animals at all let alone in the customer Service dept..I’m just a person that takes the appointment. OK well can you put me on hold and ask somebody who is knowledgeable?? on how much more or less so I know financially what I’m looking at that’s called trans

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Exceptional customer service! The staff here are so friendly and every time I have reached out (either by phone, text, or email), I have received a prompt response. I also appreciate the care taken with Jazzy. The staff and doctors are patient in listening to your concerns and providing suggestions. PROFESSIONALISM/SERVICES: I brought Jazzy in due to her collapsed trachea and arthritis. I wanted to find a more holistic approach rather than have her on oral steroids. We did an acupuncture package, which also came with an additional service (see below for what we have experienced). We have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Magda and Dr. Lane. They treated Jazzy with lots of love and care. I also appreciated that they would read Jazzy's body language and recognize when

This clinic was exceptional at one time, but the quality of care has declined significantly. Ongoing lapses in attention to detail became unsafe and ultimately resulted in one of our animals needing emergency care. The clinic appears to have constant staff turnover, and veterinary technicians frequently complained about poor treatment from rotating doctors. This instability was evident and concerning. Dr. Magda had no issue accepting payment, including for services paid for in advance, yet failed to follow through on the agreed-upon care. Despite spending tens of thousands of dollars at this clinic over the years, we were ultimately dismissed and treated poorly. This experience was deeply disappointing and, at times, alarming.

If you are looking for wonderful caring compassionate Veterinary Care in a holistic approach and Medicine, holistic medicine, that actually works other than regular vets that use modern Western medicine, then this is the place to be. I actually prefer coming here than any other vet. I highly recommend Dr Magda and her staff to anyone who has either reached their wit's end with vet care for their animal or would like a different approach that isn't the traditional. I'm so glad I found holistika and I will forever recommend them to everyone that I can. Thank you for taking care of my boys and changing their lives forever.

The whole team are amazing, Extremely knowledgeable in healing and nutrition and acupuncture laser treatments. My dogs love the staff very loving All natural products and medication a yearly check up with complete blood work up. working on a holistic path to keep your dog healthy. I highly recommend them. Both my dachshunds have arthritis and they are doing remarkably well with their acupuncture and laser treatments. Thank you for taking such great care of my pups.
