I’m a newly kitten mama of 2 beautiful sweet rescues. One of my kittens caught conjunctivitis while being transported (TX to MA). I knew it needed to be addressed right away. However I didn’t have a local Vet yet and I was nervous it would be difficult to be treated without being an established patient. I called Holden Veterinary Clinic. They made an appointment same day. Dr Fitch and staff were incredibly welcoming. They made me feel confident in the treatment plan and future care. I highly recommend Holden Veterinary Clinic.

Dr Friend and her staff were so kind to our 15 year old cat, Lily. They were gentle and spoke softly and sweetly to her the whole time. They acted as if she were one of their own and helped her remain calm the whole time. They were very thorough and sent test results two days later. They also let us know to watch for signs of chronic kidney disease over the next 2 years and to have her checked quarterly. I went in nervous about what was wrong with her, and I came home feeling hopeful, knowing she was healthy. Thank you Dr Friend and staff. I appreciate you.

I've been bringing my dogs here since 2004, from puppies to end of life, and have always felt that the staff was extraordinarily kind, the services were well executed and my concerns were addressed. Dr Friend is easy to talk to, realistic and straightforward, and genuinely seems to love her "patients", who return the affection in kind. All of the staff are personable, knowledgeable and work hard to accommodate requests. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
