Hoffman Haus Pet Resort

My husband and I had a great experience putting our two mini Aussies through two weeks of boarding & training! Jim and staff were awesome to work with & sent us cute photos & video of our dogs during a training session. Our older dog had previously been through a different board & train program at another facility when she was a little younger, but the results & follow-up were definitely not the same as with Hoffman Haus! Jim spent about an hour with us at pick-up going over everything the pups learned and how to continue training at home! We also had them bathed & groomed while they were there and the groomers did an amazing job! No one likes to leave their animals, especially for extended periods of time. We have 3 dogs, one is 17, one is 8 and the youngest is 2. When I do leave the dogs I always choose Hoffman Haus. Why you say? The facility is clean and does not stink. The staff is top tier. They address the dogs by their names and they even remember what your pets lovey is called (in our case KiKi). Your pets will be safe, happy and well tended to. Trust and believe.

I’ve been bringing my husky girl here since the first part of October, and she has been loving it! If you know, you know! The Haus sends frequent photo updates so I can see that she is well taken care of. I think she loves her space because she can be inside or outside at any given time. When she’s there, she eats the food that they provide. I always had a hard time getting her to eat her food at home, but now, there is no issue at all since going to the Haus. That was probably the biggest change that I’ve seen. Being a husky, she is a big shedder, but after her last grooming, I don’t have to sweep after her as often. It’s wonderful! I’m so glad that I found Hoffman Haus because she gets a little vacation herself when we have to go out of town ourselves.

These guys are awesome! We sent Tater in for a month of basic obedience training & boarding. They are not only good at their profession but they are most accommodating and allowed us to bring him short notice which happened to be the day my wife went into labor. As an added benefit we look forward to the lifelong training classes offered as a part of our package. Special shout out to Preston! Tater didn’t want to leave him 😃

We picked up our dogs, Dot and Nero, from Hoffman Haus Pet Resort yesterday — and we’re amazed! They came home noticeably calmer, happier, and better-behaved than when we dropped them off. The staff clearly put real care and structure into their time there. You can tell they know what they’re doing and love the animals they look after. Highly recommend Hoffman Haus to anyone who wants their pets treated like family and to see real positive changes when they come home
