I have been going to this practice for over 20 years. The Vet techs are truly wonderful. I appreciate how much they care and they demonstrate that by talking about my dogs personality and asking probing questions regarding why we are here today. I appreciate the choices the vets give when dealing with aging pets and/or an illness. I don’t think it’s fair that some postings on their site state they are expensive. They are not a warehouse box vet like Petsmart. Their prices are reasonable and in line compared to their competitors.

Great service! Took my Snow White for her first check and they treated her like a princess! The kids were present and even they said what a nice puppy doctor! Will definitely become my go to place.

This is the first time my cat went to a vet and didn't growl at someone. She actually was freely walking on the table. It was also the first vet place I went to that didn't smell like chemicals, other animals, urine and bowel movement. I was so surprised by how calm she was even though she was a little shy to say the least. They told me that they don't get rough with them or muzzle them or do anything that forces her and causes a bunch of fear. They say animals can smell fear so my husband mentioned that he thought that the cat was picking up on that this was a safer place than your regular vet office. I appreciate the care that we got and the vet tech put on latex-free gloves to handle my cat because I'm the one that's allergic to latex and can't have her coated in that stuff!

We recently switched to Hoffman Estates Animal Hospital for our 2 dogs, Lola & Maui. Honestly, I wasn't expecting too much of a difference, but they have exceeded my expectations in terms of the care they provide. They really take the time to answer questions, and take the initiative to reach out & provide us with all the information we need about the health of our dogs. The previous place we use to go to, we're always so busy & was so hard to get a hold of them. I'm always on hold for a long time & don't get to talk to anyone for days. I always felt rushed & unsatisfied with answers I get from them. Now, I'm just so grateful & so happy & satisfied with Hoffman Estates Animal Hospital. I highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a good place to bring they're pets.

They didn’t want to give us our dog back, and drugged her up without telling us. They wanna upsell you on your dogs health. Just Terrible. Just be aware I’m assuming it is policy when going to this ER. but they will take your dog from you n cage it the entire time. We went here to get fluid drained from my dogs abdomen. She was suffering from liver failure. They took her to the back I didn’t see her for over seven hours. Everything takes forever, they tried to sneak out my dog right by me , to try to collect urine for 2 urine tests I didn’t not want done there, as the cost was over dbl what my vet charges. Finally after fluid was drained and tests were done. They were pushing so so hard for my dog to stay the night. But they had no reasoning as to why.other than to keep an eye on her Sh
