Ever since the owner, Mike, stopped working in the store, I can’t bear to go in. I’ve been in cat rescue for more than 20 years. Mike would give me a small discount when I purchased food and products for a rescue. I was always honest when my purchase was for my own personal cats and paid regular price. I remained grateful to Mike for his ongoing support. Not that he needed my referrals, as the store is successful on its own, but I did send many people his way. Since his brother has been there, he refuses to give me a discount. I asked him a few times to check in with Mike about me. He said he would but never has because when I go in, he pretends he doesn’t remember me. Sadly, I will not bring my business there any more. I think it’s poor customer service.

The lady that works here is absolute superb. My cat has never cared for catnip products but he went crazy for the catnip product she reccomended. Not sure who is happier, me or Mr Benjamin Franklin, the cat.

Store is nice, but be carful of the expiration dates!!! Yesterday I had to sift through stacks of cans / bags of treats to find non-expired food (they had stuff on the shelf still from 2024). Please double check what you buy so your animals do not get sick.
