I had to update my review and replace it with a one star because my dogs require constant grooming and whenever I need a new copy of the vaccinations I get told the same sob story that for some system issue or software issue the vaccinations are coming up as not current and I constantly have to call and let the staff know that my dogs are current and that it’s every year in March that I bring them in and I just had to spend about 20 minutes going back-and-forth with someone because they adjusted one dog record and not the other I don’t know if this is a sales tactic to get more business informing customers every single time they reach out that their pets vaccinations are not current, but I will be switching vets after this because this is a huge inconvenience.

Went today with my dog for his first visit. Yes, my dog is heading to the Rainbow Bridge. Staff were very kind and helpful, but Dr. Moon was horrible. He had no empathy, barely talked to me, didn't listen to me, talked over me, and I didn't let me ask any questions. He clearly had no concern for my pet or myself to be honest. It was hugly upsetting and disappointing.

Took my dog here for an ear infection. The vet put the otoscope from his infected ear and immediately put it in his non-infected ear. And guess what, now we have a new ear infection. And the vet completely ignored me when I ask him not to do that. Stay away. Not standard care here

I always take my dog Roscoe and he is vocal but the staff there was really good with him and didn’t judge him because he was scared.

The office manger is very rude . She is very cold and not kind. Went to the back to try to get people in trouble because we told them that our card was ran over the phone before.Now she's in the back, and I can hear her being rude to the workers . The doctor is very kind and a good doctor tho
